Tangerang City BPS is carrying out the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey Officer (SEP) Training activities in a hybrid manner, namely online classes for 2 (two) days from 27 to 28 May 2024 and offline classes for 2 (two) days from 29 to 2024 May 30 2024 at Grand Soll Marina Hotel Tangerang.

The activity was officially opened by the Head of BPS Tangerang City, Muladi Widastomo on Monday (27/05/2024). The Head of BPS Tangerang City in his speech said that the 2024 SEP aims to obtain a clearer picture of data on the economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, as well as indicators of the level of welfare of agricultural business units in Tangerang City next June.

The Regional Instructor (INDA) who taught the 2024 SEP officer training was the Tangerang City BPS Production Team Coordinator, Rinto Tajudin. The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is part of a series of activities for the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST 2023) which will be carried out throughout Indonesia. SEP is a follow-up survey after the complete ST2023 enumeration was carried out.
