On June 12 2023 BPS Tangerang City together with the Tangerang City Government carried out the Declaration of Beautiful Villages: 104 Love Village Statistics for Tangerang City 2024. This event was attended by the Acting Mayor of Tangerang, Dr. Nurdin, S.Sos., M.Sc. and Deputy for Social Statistics of BPS RI, Dr. Ateng Hartono, SE, M.Si located in the Al-Amanah Hall, Tangerang City Government Center Building. The launch of Desa Cantik began with the simultaneous signing of a charter by 104 village heads throughout Tangerang City, witnessed by all Tangerang City government officials.

Beautiful villages or villages that love statistics are an accelerated program for developing sectoral statistics at the Central Statistics Agency within the scope of villages, sub-districts, nagari or similar levels, the aim of which is to increase the competence of village officials in managing and utilizing village data. This year, Tangerang City BPS will designate 104 sub-districts throughout Tangerang City to become Love Statistics Subdistricts as an effort to accelerate the development of sectoral statistics at the sub-district level.

Therefore, let's support the continuation of the Love Statistics Village program in Tangerang City, because villages are no longer objects of development, but rather as subjects and spearheads of development in improving community welfare. Cinta Subdistrict Statistics collects data from subdistricts to one Indonesian data.
