In January 2019 Tangerang Municipality Inflation was 0.29 Percent

In January 2019 prices of goods and services in Tangerang Municipality in general have increased, this is indicated by the increase in the Consumer Price Index number from 143.08 in December 2018 to 143.49 in January 2019 or there was a change in the index by 0, 29 percent.

From seven expenditure groups, five groups experienced an increase in index and two groups experienced a decrease in index. The highest index increases in the foodstuffs group while the lowest index increases occur in the health group. The index of the foodstuffs group in Tangerang Municipality rose by 0.68 percent, the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group rose 0.60 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group rose 0.52 percent, the clothing group dropped 0 , 02 percent, the health group up 0.14 percent, the education, recreation and sports group up 0.21 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group fell 0.72 percent.

 

Tangerang Municipality calendar year inflation rate of 0.29 percent, while the inflation rate "Year on Year" (January 2019 to January 2018) amounted to 3.72 percent.
