In February 2019 Tangerang Municipality Inflation was 0.04 Percent

In February 2019 prices of goods and services in Tangerang Municipality in general have increased, this is indicated by an increase in the Consumer Price Index number from 143.49 in January 2019 to 143.55 in February 2019 or an index change of 0, 04 percent.

 

From seven expenditure groups, four groups experienced an increase in index and three groups experienced a decrease in index. The highest index increases occurred in the housing, electricity, gas and fuel group while the lowest index increases occurred in the clothing group. The index of the foodstuffs group in Tangerang Municipality fell by 1.08 percent, the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group rose 0.45 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group rose 0.58 percent, the clothing group increased 0 , 20 percent, the health group fell 0.07 percent, the education, recreation and sports group fell 0.11 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group rose 0.32 percent.

 

Tangerang Municipality calendar year inflation rate of 0.04 percent, while the inflation rate "Year on Year" (February 2019 against February 2018) amounted to 3.49 percent.
