In March 2019 Tangerang Municipality Inflation was 0.01 Percent

In March 2019 prices of goods and services in Tangerang Municipality in general have increased, this is indicated by an increase in the Consumer Price Index number from 143.55 in February 2019 to 143.56 in March 2019 or an index change of 0, 01 percent.

 

From seven expenditure groups, four groups experienced an increase in index and three groups experienced a decrease in index. The highest index increases occurred in the transportation, communication and financial services group while the lowest index increases occurred in the health group. The index of the foodstuffs group in Tangerang Municipality fell by 1.00 percent, the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group rose 0.44 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group rose 0.09 percent, the clothing group dropped 0 , 12 percent, the health group up 0.07 percent, the education, recreation and sports group down 0.17 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group rose 0.79 percent.

 

Tangerang Municipality calendar year inflation rate is 0.01 percent, while the "Year on Year" inflation rate (March 2019 to March 2018) is 3.00 percent.
