In April 2019 Tangerang Municipality Inflation was 0.43 Percent

In April 2019 the prices of goods and services in Tangerang Municipality in general have increased, this is indicated by an increase in the Consumer Price Index from 143.56 in March 2019 to 144.18 in April 2019 or there was a change in the index by 0, 43 percent.

 

From seven expenditure groups, four groups experienced an increase in index and three groups experienced a decrease in index. The highest index increases occurred in the foodstuffs group while the lowest index increases occurred in the health group. The index of the foodstuffs group in Tangerang Municipality rose by 1.76 percent, the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group fell 0.02 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group rose 0.21 percent, the clothing group dropped 0 , 01 percent, the health group up 0.09 percent, the education, recreation and sports group down 0.06 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group rose 0.14 percent.

 

Tangerang Municipality calendar year inflation rate of 0.77 percent, while the inflation rate "Year on Year" (April 2019 to April 2018) of 3.04 percent.
