Abstract

The room occupancy rate for Banten-star classification hotels in December 2021 reached 56.06 percent, increase 0.86 points compared to the previous month which was 55.20 percent, then compared to the same month last year it rose 17.55 points.
The combined average length of stay (RLMT) of guests (foreign and Indonesian) at five-star hotels during December 2021 reached 1.58 days or decreased by 0.02 points compared to the previous month which was recorded at 1.60 days, then compared to the same month last year, the combined RLMT was down 0.17 points.
