Abstract

In April 2023 the price of goods and services needed by the people of Tangerang City in general has increased, this can be seen from the increasing numbers Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 112.70 in March 2023 to 113.47 in April 2023 or there will be a change in the inflation index of 0.68 percent.

The transportation group is the expenditure group that experienced the highest inflation namely 11.86 percent. Followed by personal care groups and other services by 5.52 percent. Then the health group increased by 4.58 percent, equipment, tools, and household routine maintenance group increased by 4.14 percent, and the food, beverage and tobacco group increased by 3.02 percent, while 6 other expenditure groups experienced an increase inflation between 0 - 2 percent.
