Abstract

In February 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Tangerang City will be 2.5 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.66
Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by the increase in all expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 6.41 percent; clothing and footwear group at 0.44 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.46 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 2.18 percent; health group at 0.61 percent; transportation group by 1.99 percent; information, communication and financial services group at 0.37 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 0.51 percent; education group at 0.11 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 1.75 percent; and the personal care and other services group at 2.42 percent
