Abstract

Banten's FTT for February 2024 was 115.61, an increase of 3.64 percent from the previous month's FTT. This is due to the increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) by 4.59 percent and the increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.92 percent.
In February 2024 there will be an increase in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 1.15 percent. The increase in the Household Consumption Index occurred in eight expenditure groups, namely Food, Beverages and Tobacco; Health; Clothing and Footwear; Supplies, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance; Personal Care and Other Services; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel; Information, Communication and Financial Services; Provision of food and drinks/restaurants. Meanwhile, the Transportation group experienced a decline. Meanwhile, the Recreation, Sports and Culture expenditure group; and Education has not experienced significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in February 2024 was 120.75 or an increase of 4.44 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
The price of grain at the farmer level in February 2024 experienced an increase in the quality of milled dry grain (GKG) by 8.05 percent and an increase in the quality of harvested dry grain (GKP) by 7.38 percent.
The average price of grain in February 2024 at the farmer level for GKG quality is IDR 8,721, and GKP IDR 7,513 per kg. For GKG quality, the highest price is IDR 9,200 for the Ciherang variety and the lowest price is IDR 8,200 for the Inpari 32 HDB variety.
