Abstract

A. EXPORT DEVELOPMENT

Banten's export value in October 2021 fell 0.65 percent compared to September 2021, from the previous US$1,125.05 million to US$1,117.69 million.

Non-oil and gas exports in October 2021 decreased 0.89 percent to US$1,113.26 million compared to the previous month.

The largest non-oil and gas export value in October 2021 came from the footwear category (HS 64), which reached US$203.38 million.

B. IMPORT DEVELOPMENT

Banten's import value in October 2021 fell by 1.78 percent compared to the previous month, from US$1,304.88 million to US$1,281.70 million.

Oil and gas imports in October 2021 fell 5.26 percent from US$490.39 million in the previous month to US$464.60 million. In non-oil and gas commodities, the import value increased by 0.32 percent to US$817.10 million, compared to the previous month's US$814.49 million.

The largest non-oil and gas import value in October 2021 came from the organic chemical group (HS 29) which reached US$225.37 million.
